This policy explains refund handling for AI Photo Joy orders.

Before generation

If payment was completed but generation has not started, you may contact the site owner to request cancellation or refund.

Once HD images are generated and made available for download, refunds are usually not available because the product is digital.

System errors, duplicate charges, wrong payment amount, or failed delivery can be reviewed for refund or correction.

WeChat, Alipay, and USDT orders depend on actual receipt and proof verification. Submitted proof alone does not complete the order.

Refund timing depends on the payment channel and manual review.
